The CEO of Kellogg who produces most cereals has been under some backlash due to promoting cereal for dinner as a means to get more cash. But in reality, cereal is meant to deal with families who can’t afford a decent meal. Most Americans spend around 10% of their money just on food alone and for families who undergo financial hardships can prove to be difficult to stay afloat. That is why Kellogg introduced this program around a year ago to advise families in need to buy food. This relates to the East Los Angeles community as most families here can barely afford to live and this cereal program can assist with hardships.
