This year 2024 is a leap year which happens every four years. So the next leap year will be in 2028. Many people celebrate this event in many different ways such as birthday parties, different businesses offering multiple special deals, etc. Food chains like Wendy’s, Chipotle, and, Krispy Kreme are offering deals and free food in honor of Leap Day. Leap Day is an extra day added to the calendar in the month of February the shortest month. This function allows the season to fall in place and not be shifted out of place. This is important to the ELARA community because it will help all those missing hours add up into days, weeks, and even months.
