BBC News-Nate Bronstein
According to a Fox News article written by Audrey Conklin, Nate Bronstein had ended himself because of harassment in real life and online. Rumors about Nate had gone around suggesting he had switched schools because he was a “terrible” person, prior to the introduction of in person learning after the pandemic. Being online didn’t treat him any better, because after joining a group-chat with his basketball team they would usually call him names, threaten to hurt him, and tell him to end it, and even outside this group chat the same would still go on. He took his own life on January 13 2022 as his mental health never got any better as well as the dean allegedly did nothing about the situation for an unspecified reason. Nate’s parents never found out about his issues until it was too late.
