Ashley Zavaleta is a senior at Torres’s East Los Angeles Renaissance Academy who enjoys writing about local healthcare news and is a part of her school’s leadership council. She has been a part of the Public Matters Moving Con Safos internship as well as their East LA Moves and Pedestrian Plan projects making a difference in her community.
