As California experienced a winter storm about 94% or around 37 million people are at risk of life-threatening floods. It is so bad that even the National Weather Service issued a rare hurricane-force wind, Due to heavy rain, and even wind speed in most of the upper north of California is losing a bunch of power. Around 400,000 or more residents have lost power, so this connects to our community as we get affected because the storm is going to travel downward to Los Angeles.
