Seven out of supreme judges seem to automatically reject the idea of kicking Trump out of the 2024 ballot because of the actions. However, there is only one supreme judge, Justice Sonia Sotomayor who is at least willing to hear the people’s opinion on the idea of kicking former President Donald Trump off the 202 ballots. The court ruled that Trump should not be on the ballot for the state’s Republican primary on March 5. This effect is used in that most of the Supreme Court is on Trump’s side which we know is connected to the hatred of the Hispanic community which the majority are all a part of.
