Magnus Daniel Humphrey was arrested for the murder of Malessa Mooney. Mooney was beaten to death, tied up, and then stuffed into a refrigerator in her apartment in Los Angeles. The authorities found her on Sep 12 when a Welfar check was asked for from her mother. When token to medical examiners they said she was 2 months pregnant.
