Around 7:30 a.m. cars were found submerged by the Long Beach Fire Department. At Sepulveda Boulevard and E Willow Street under a railroad bridge. There were still Drivers and passengers inside the automobiles while they were submerged. Luckily no injuries or death were rescuing them. A tow truck later came to remove the submerged vehicles. The city also closed off the road so no more accidents could happen. The city also issued a flood warning till 11;15 a.m Thursday.
